1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at bletchley.cc and any related pages, applications, tools, demonstrations and services we make available (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Bletchley Consulting Services Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Bletchley", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who may use the Services
The Services are intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 or over acting in a business capacity. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf.
3. What we provide
Bletchley provides software and consulting services relating to conversational artificial intelligence, business data integration and related tooling. The website and any demonstration interfaces are provided for information and evaluation purposes.
Separate written agreements may govern paid services, pilots or deployments. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for the services it covers.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our systems or any connected system or network;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload or probe the Services or their security features;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Services except to the extent permitted by law;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to send unsolicited or deceptive messages.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Third-party platforms
Parts of the Services may interoperate with third-party platforms, including messaging platforms and cloud providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms and do not control their availability, pricing or behaviour.
6. Intellectual property
All software, content, designs, trade marks and other materials made available through the Services are owned by Bletchley or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Content you submit to the Services remains yours. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://bletchley.cc/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Outputs generated by artificial intelligence features may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for any decisions you make based on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bletchley will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Services.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) HK$1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bletchley and its officers, employees and contractors against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, where required by law, or where we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
